About 3 weeks ago I rolled my ankle... I iced it and all but the swelling is still there and sometimes pain. I am going to the doctor friday but any heads up on what the problem may be then please tell.
R.I.C.E. is the best treatment...Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation...Most likely it is just a sprained ankle. Continue to ice it and rest it, and when you feel you are able to do a little bit of rehab, then just do simple movements. Doctors are always good.
yeah and depnds on how severe the roll was it could be a high ankle sprain which are harder and longer to overcome, but alas lets the guy with 200k in med school bills tell ya why :)
