hi, i was wondering how many times a week you workout... i read the progressive gains post, and you said that you saw some nice results in only 2 weeks...

Before school, I did weight training about 5-6 times per week and cardio the same amount of time. When I did the progressive gains though I cut my cardio to fat burning for only about 40 minutes vice the hour of cardio I used to do. I did the program for about 5 weeks before school and I am very happy with the results. Are you going to try it? It works great.

You weight trained five times a week? So how many times per week did you work each muscle group? Twice? I just feel that one time a week is not enough. Before I used to workout the same muscle group around 3 times a week and saw the results faster. Now I only workout once a week and I feel that the results are coming waaaay slow! What do you think? Can I go for twice a week instead?

I only worked each muscle group once a week except for calves. I would do calves twice a week. I wouldn't really work more than once a week. If you work hard enough on that one day, that should be sufficient enough. Also make sure than you have a dood nutritious diet. Good luck and keep me posted.
