it pops . it hurts and if you think it will go away ,your just fooling yourself: the muscle on the is tender where your arm meets your shoulder, don't ignore it if you have this problem, plus if you feel the need to work out still use lighter wieghts to strenghen the muscles around your shoulder Mrs N

Well, it will pop, sometimes stick in place, and hurt like the dickens if you move just right. Cheers

It feels tight and when ever you do bench or military presses it feels like your arm is going to rip out of socket. See a Dr. asap. If it is torn you might need surgery, if its just strained you can get away with just not doing any exercises that work the shoulder for about 3 weeks. Just see a doc.

i got my right shoulder dislocated 6 or 7 times before. in the last few times it got dislocated it hurt like hell for the next 2 days. it sux cos u can never use ur arm to full strength after this happens, ur always scared it'll get dislocated again. i was all so normal when i threw a cricket ball and the shoulder suddenly dislocated(for the first time). now it keeps on popping if i jerk my right arm too much.

They pretty much covered it. It's probably one of the few things that a man can equate to what a woman goes through having a baby. Hurts like hell and you don't work through it, and don't ask me how I know that.
