I keep having trouble with my right rotator cuff, mostly when I work my chest and shoulders.....is there anyway to keep working my chest and shoulders with this injury? I use barbells most of the time....should I start using dumbells instead?
First find out exactly what the injury is. One thing that worked for my shoulder where this is basically a wacky tendon is resistance bands; 3x10 to warm shoulder up. And if you think the oversized rubberbands are girly, you just do three long sets and feel that burn baby! But seriously, it'll get the blood in there, and work miracles.
