rotator cuffs?

im starting a bench program. and one of the workouts calls for a rotator cuff exercise. got any good exercises for the rotator cuff?

Just make sure you stretch your arms really good from all angles. Do some circle rotations with your shoulders and arms but be sure you are not doing jerky motions. Stretch and before and between every set. Not only should you do this when benching but also on shoulder days.

This is an area that I have to careful with. I can't do lateral raises at all. Too much pain. I do warm them carefully though.
