hi I'm 27 years old 5'9"-5'10" 205 slowly turning it around. i am going thru the toughest time of my life fighting depression from a break up with a long time girl that i still want to marry. Working out is the only thing I look forward too each day. I want to get in shape. I haven't been able to do cardio due to a pulled ligament in my foot. but i try to work out 4-7 times a week. I do upper body all the time because i notice that quickest and it keeps the smile going while i'm there and flex in front of a mirror. my buddy made me buy creatine monohydrate powder can i use it to get bigger while I'm trying to lose fat? i need a hand out there guys and girls. thank you for taking the time to read this. thanks sincerely Mike Dumont

explore the resources up top....fitness plans and nutrition plans...
I wouldn't do more than 2 days of upper body per week....I would instead do more lower body/back work....
focus on exericises rather than muscles....do squats, deadlifts, rows, pull ups/chin ups, dips, shrugs, bench ...press, ...
although i don't necessarily think you need creatine starting off...it can be useful in losing weight/bodyfat

Dumont, this isn't really the right forum for my type of input, but I'll share my thoughts anyway. There are over 6.4 billion people in the world now and about half of those are females. Don't be so hard on yourself about the breakup. The chances of her being the best girl for you are about 1 out of 3.2 million. You might as well play the lottery or head to Vegas. Use this opportunity to learn more about yourself. :)

Oops. I meant the odds are 1 out of 3.2 BILLION. Even better!
