I need help wih my routine both in the Gym and a nutritional one. Can someone help me out

1. Fill out your profile and sign up for the FT exercise program - is it will walk you thru your goals. Fill out the nutririoal section as well to give an idea of how much you should be eating. Depending on your goals, you will get different results.
Check out the bodybuilders grocery list for suggested items to eat that will help you attain your goals. You may want a protein supplement depending on your goals and if you are having difficulty attaining your suggested protein intake

Hew - we were all new to this at one time or another. Depending on the goasl, there iwll be different approaches. This is why its difficult to give solid advise without having a profile to look at. (including yours 1meiam1) Stick around and you mught learn something.

Meiam, it's not that simple, and it's not common sense. If his goals are to lose weight rather than to gain mass, then he shouldn't do low rep high weight. And you must also know what kind of food to eat, and what kind of protein. This site's about helpin people, not smartin off to em.
