Ahh my bad I missed that. Given that it is not bad for a begininer. I could not train like that it would be too much for me. Stick with the basics, Bench for chest deadlifts, rows , chins for back, shrugs, presses for shoulders, squats and SLDL for legs. Arms triceps-skull crushers, close grip bench, biceps-barbell curls, hammer curls, DB curls.

I think this routine is going to be hard to follow,If you want to loose the gut,why not just to cardio six days a week with sunday off, that is alot of work to do ,it will affect your job and social life as well, but if you think you can do it then why ask for opinions.

I would separte cardio from weights - put them on different days or several hrs apart if on the same day. Also, working arms and chest both Thurs and Sat is a little off. Only one day should be needed. As for losing the gut, diet is a most along with weight training

I want to lose the gut but i still want to weight train...so am trying to maintain the 4 days of cardio.
That way i still get my weight training in. At the moment i only have 5 hours a week at my job and im not in school till sept. So i have alot of free time. And my neighborhood is boring lol so im preaty much on my ass at home all day.So going to the gym everyday isnt that hard.I am also dieting too :D, i wanna try and lose the gut by mid summer.
Thx for the suggestions so far anymore would be much appreicated

Try HIIT, it works for me. Plus, you havent stated your diet. I would say that is 80-90% of losing the fat around the midsection is diet. You could do all the abs work u want but its not going to show with the excess fat (which i too am ridding of to chisel my abs and obliques). Eat often, eat well. Until we see your diet there isnt alot more we can say.

cool, well if you are building, u need carbs, go for complex cards, and try to always eat brown: brown rice, bread, etc.

HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training, for more information on that use the search function at the bottom.
