could someone pleas give me a good routine, i'd like to workaout 4 times a per week, exeption is thursday and sunday. i did this prog. the last 12 weeks..http://www.markdugdale.com/training.html

monday back/shoulders
tueday legs/calves
wednesday rest
thursday chest/traps
friday biceps/triceps/forearms

kakarato, thats seems to be a good one, but is it ok to do thur. chest, and then the next day triceps?

i dont see the problem as long as your tricep doesnt get sore with a simple chest trining.
mine doesnt. if yours do, then yes need to change it a bit.

mon chest - bi - abs
tues cardio
wednesday legs - shoulders - abs
thur cardio
Fri back - tri
sat cardio

i personnaly dont lie to train legs with shoulders or with anything else. man,... after a leg workout...omg, i just cant do anything else. i just go too heavy to train it with anohter muscle.
