Hey all, i have been lifting for a while but i decided that i wanted to start a new routine. I only have 5 days a week to work out but i would like to do maybe 4 days to make it easier. the schedule is chest, triceps, quads, hams on 2 days (split) and shoulders, back, biceps, calves on 2 different. I like the split.. but i have roughly 4-5 exercises per body area mentioned and i dont know if this is smart because A) i am in the gym lifting for roughly 2hrs and B) I am really tired and feel as if i am not working certain muscle groups to their full potential... any help would be great... thanks everyone

seconded.
spread out your days off. besides, 4 days in a row of lifting can be taxing on your body.
