Hi all. I am new here. I am just wondering what are side laterals, chins between chairs, can curls, dips behind the back, I am a bit out of date with the terms as I am just used to basic exercise routines which haven't really helped me with my aim to lose weight. Thanks

Also, how's your diet? Modifying your diet is 80% of the battle! And how about cardiovascular exercises? Have you incorporated these into your workout schedule?
