Hey guys! I live in the LA area and am going to be participating in the Run For You Lives in the Los Angeles/San Diego area in October. I need to get in shape for this obviously, but I'm excited to get off my bum and get at it! Just curious if anyone else is participating and hoping to maybe start a discussion group for what would be best to train for a 5k obstacle course (WITH ZOMBIES ON YOUR TAIL AT EVERY TURN! D: ). And if you are a racer, just know I'm a zombie, and will thoroughly enjoy feasting on your brains- er, well, flags. >:]
