Sorry but I have another question, hopefully last one for awhile...When I am running I dont get tired or anything, I just start losing my breath, then my side starts hurting...Is there a breathing method I need to be doing...

Yes most definately. I find what works for me is that I take two steps to inhale and then two steps to exhale. When your jogging or running it will be pretty fast and you'll be able to run longer distances without your side hurting.

Another thing some people do is inhale through your mouth or nose and exhale through the other. You will get cramps in your side from time to time, a lot of times you'll get those cause you don't have enough water. Just keep running and they'll go away. Find a breathing method that works for you.

Your breathing typically takes a mile to really settle. Most novice runners go out of the gate really strong, and don't pay attention to what pace they should be running. This forces them into an anaerobic state for the last part of the run. The next time you go for a run, concentrate on keeping your pace the same throughout the entire run, and eventually increasing your pace a small amount towards the end of the run. On your next running day bring a stop watch, and make sure you stick to your pace on mile 1. That will cure your breathing issues for the miles to come. After you figure out your pace you can then push your body to set goals via your pace, but only after mile 1. good luck and remember you can always level your muscle exhaustion and breathing by adjusting your stride and still keep the same pace.
