For two days after I run my quads hurt so much, do I need to stretch more or change my running style or what?

Do you run after (or the day after) you work on your legs in the gym? If so, stop doing that and you'll probably feel much better. If that is not the case, maybe you could try warming up for 10 minutes before your run and see if that helps. And always remember to stretch afterwards.

Yes when you haven't been running for a long time, running can give you veeeeery sore muscles (I just did that last week while being out camping!!! auch!! ;o)

Warm up and down, drink enough water, stretch and you'll be okey soon.
