First of all, *wave* hi, I'm new to this group!
Anyways, I'm a competitive dancer and I wanted to build muscle and stuff for my dancer, thus I'm on the site. I'm diagnosed with bulimia, but after 'recovering' (I'm not fully recovered but I'm not on an intensive program) I have a hard time convincing myself to eat but I can't possibly miss a workout or a dance class... Now with my new workout plan starting tomorrow I'm worried that I'll end up either not doing well because I'm not eating enough or getting hungry and having a bad relapse. I'd rather risk the not eating enough... Help??? If it helps anything, I'm 5"5 and 115 pounds.
