My body is shaping up great! But genetics has dealt me a raw deal...I still have saddlebags/love handles....does anyone know how to get at them sides cardio and diet? A friend at the gym was talking about some sore of gel that you can rub on them when you do cardio...
Forget about that stuff that you rub on, or that magic ab machine...they simply don't work. You can't spot reduce unfortunately. A sound diet, cardio and weight training will help.
