ok after the completition of doing the WSB with found results i thought id give it a break so my body doesnt adapt TOO much to it and go to this program i found called the S.A.I.S training "mass program"

the website and routine is found at

http://www.nutrex.com/saismassbuilding.html

anyone willing to have a read and give me some input on there thoughts? i realise it is very much more of a body building routine here, but i was just interested in there way of layout...

of course some concerns of bdoy parts i wanted to add more where Traps and lowerback/abs and maybe more hamstring work any input and thoughts b apreciated thnx.

this is actually similiar to a program i am following.. maybe with legs you could throw in lying ham curls, and your shoulders a dumbell shrug or bar shrug. i usually also do a deadlift on back day. i typically do abs and core exercises every second day.. thats tues, thurs, and then on sunday (my day off). ive had good results.. good luck.

the only way mine is really different is that on tuesday i do both thighs and calves, thursday is shoulders/traps and some rotator cuff work, and friday is back/triceps. just to let you know another variation.. then with the ab workouts on the above days, i find i can control the time of my workouts

well i find i work better with my chest when i move my triceps from friday to thursday with shoulders so it leaves 3 whole rest days (fri, sat, sun) before my next "pushing" type session, anyway what i was thinking was how was i gonna incorparate deadlifts, lower back and hamstrings in this workout with out changing it TOO much so i figured i might just add Straight leg dead lifts on tuesday for 3 "working sets" the ( 6 rep ) then for trap i was thinking of adding shrugs for 3 sets, and moving the calfs also to tuesday workout with legs for just 2 sets slow ( works for my calfs so no point doing 6 on friday sets ) then i just gotta add some ab work

sounds great.. keep me posted on how it goes.. personally, i find that the 2 days off for completely no resistance training on sat and sun is plenty of time for my tris to rest before chest day monday..
