i currently use a fat free no calorie dressing, i use 1 serving (2 tbsp) and i dip instead of pouring it all over..can anyone reccomend a good one? thanks

French vinaigrette!!! (o; Good stuff and good olive oil as well. By the way it's not only the fat you have to watch, it's also the sugar (carbs) in those dressings.... They can easily get up to 200 extra calories!
I just use some lemon and herbs on my salads. Works fine as well.

Apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Apple cider vinegar is reknowned in the fat burning arena, let alone tastes good. (In my opinion)

i have olive oil here at my house but it has 14 grams of fat and no sugar..any suggestions? it has 200 grms of sodium..how bout hot sauce? i cant get enough of that on anything..lol it has no sugar as well but also 200 grams of sodium with no calories..thanks

Hot sauce is great! I use it on everything(except salad!) LOL...I thought your post was about salad dressing. The fat in olive oil is monosaturated, very healthy for you, very well known for actually changing your cholesterol ratio, much more important than the overall number. The media has many people totally brainwashed against all fat. This is not the case. Saturated fats, yes, stay away from. Fats are a whole nother topic.
