Are salted paenuts good or bad for you? I enjoy then and Really don't want to stop them as a snack. Any Advice would be appreciated.

Kind Regards

They're fine in moderation. I usually get the lightly salted peanuts. Just make sure you get a brand without added oils, preservatives, or other junk that can be bad for you.

And...check the portion size so you stay within your calories...and fat intake...nuts are high in fat...which is good in moderation...however if your snacking on a cups worth of peanuts throughout the day...your waist line will never shrink..and with the salt you'll want to stay on top of the water...

Bingo! Even the healthiest food should not be eaten if it takes you over your calorie needs. If it does this, then you need to eliminate something else or add more energy expenditure which can be and is unrealistic at some point.
