I'd like to know if it's possible to build muscle by doing the Weight Loss and Definition programme.
I want to get stronger, but I've read on here that it's difficult (impossible?) to build muscle without putting on fat. I don't want to put on fat, however, so I chose the WL&D programme - and am now on my third set of 8 weeks, and can definitely lift more weight than when I started last summer.
Basically, I don't mind if it will take me longer to see gains this way (I like going to the gym :)), as long as the results come eventually. Is it possible to keep making gains by just doing this same programme over and over?

Yes, you should be able to continue with gains, provided you have been progressing with heavier weights. If not, you may have reached a plateau that will need to be overcome. Hope this answers your question...

Make sure you vary your exercises every so often. Keeps your muscles guessing. Our bodies have an amazing ability to adapt.

OK, I think I'll finish my current programme and then try something different - maybe one of the mass programmes. Thanks for your help.
