On my chest, shoulders and tricep work out it has seated lateral raises followed by standing lateral raises with identical sets and reps. My question is does this sound correct?

Also, with the training I have done in the past ( a long long time ago) I had sets of dumbell flys that are not in this routine. Is that something that I should expect for the future in my freetrainers.com program being only in my second week at the present? Thanks

The programs do change up sometimes, so you might see the db flyes.
As for the st lat raises and sitting lat raises yes they are sometimes combined, especially if you have chosen a shoulders option.
