I see a lot about oily fish etc with high omega 3 fats and other good fats, but what kind of percentage saturated to poly would you consider as good? Salmon for instance maybe be high in omega 3 but it has just as much saturated fat.
Say if my target is 40g of fat per week, i know i want to make as much of that good fat, but what would you consider an "ok" level of saturtated?
Difficult to answer, but I read somewhere that if fat is 20% of your daily calorie intake then 4% should be from omega 6 3% omega 3 7% mono insaturated and 6% saturated fat
Now this is difficult to control. Simply try to cut down all visible saturated fat and you'll be okey.
