Hey people just a quick question, is it okay to sit in the sauna post workout. Not anything extreme, 20 min followed by cold shower followed with the post workout meal. A friend of mine says it is better to do it before, because sitting in after causes your definition to be effected but he could not explain why? Just wondering the truth on this, please feel free to comment. Thanks guys and girls, have a good one.
