i know that sausages arent werry good for fitnes, but if u cant stand not to eat them, which should i take?and wich do contain the most protein?

Well you should avoid eating them regularly (lots of saturated fats and junk) but if you absolutely must have them go for deer sausage if you can get it. Thats probably the leanest meat sausage I have ever eaten.
They should still be considered a treat you have once in a while and not a staple in your diet.

Sausages, by nature, tend to have a lot of crap in them: high salt, Nitrates, etc. BUT, I have the same weakness. The sausage that ravenwolf is talking about is Cantella's, I think. They have lower fat ones, with flavors like Pesto; not too shabby...

A little bit past the place where we go camping is this meat market, and they have the aboslute best sausages, and ones that i can actually eat(I can't eat pork sausage) They are chicken, garlic & broccoli sausages. They are about the size of a bratwurst, and one of those with some french bread is the best treat in the entire world!

You can make your own and grill them. I make mine from either pork or beef. No filler just meat and spices.

Do, lest say, chicken sausages have the same amount of protein as regular chicken breast, i dont believe, or?
