Hi everyone,
I'm a week in to this site. I was already running and lifting 3-4 days/week before I came to this site. I just needed a change in my routine because progress was slipping away, so here I am. I'm doing the 12 week mass program - not exactly what I wanted, but it was the closest. Overall, I want to build muscle in the calves and thighs, and I need more upper body strength, and want tone back in my arms. They get bigger (while still looking feminine, not gross) but lack tone. And I want a 26" waist. It's 29" right now. I'm on my way! My co-workers are noticing a difference, and I can feel the difference, plus, surprisingly, I'm losing a little weight, and I didn't really think I had that much fat left to burn. Guess I was wrong. A change was exactly what I needed.
