hey i am ritu and i am 23 years old.i am scared with the belly fat i've gained in last 12 months. i used to weigh 48 kg a year and half ago.. now i have gained 10 kg and that makes it 58kg.
i have jus joined in. hoping for an advice to reduce that unwanted fat . please help :)

Go girl go.... you can do it........i too was suffering from this belly fat...... its been 3 weeks started hitting the gym and already seeing the difference........ i am doing lots of ..........
a) Tredmil walking/jogging
b) Stepper (fat burning option)
c) cross trainer ( fat burning option)
for Abdominals :-
a) ab roller crunch
b) crunches
for obliques:-
a) twisting crunches
b) oblique crunch on hyperextension platform
i am seeing a lot of difference now..... hope this will motivate u and inspire u2..... happy exercising..... lemme know abt your loss :)
