well i am going to school in a week and i find it hard to pack my high protein foods for school///what should i eat and how would i prepare it for 7 hours of school? Do energy bars work?? I need some tips
Take the same high protein foods to school with you. Get a small Playmate cooler and just take it with you. You should not live on energy bars. I'm a full-time college student and I pack my cooler every day. It's not a big deal and you get used to taking it with you.
well you have a breakfast before school right?
and dont you have 2 lunch breaks during 7 hours?
and then you go home and eat?
i dont think you cant bring a super big tuna sandwish (or 2 small ones) for you first period and a topperware with rice and beef/fish/chicken and some suace in it.
