Chiropractic care, ice packs on your low back/buttocks where the nerve is being pinched.
Gait and postural analysis.

Time - chiropractic care - physical therapy - It took about 6 months for me to be pain free - and a year later I still have residual loss of function in my left foot - after I run a mile, I can't control my foot as I step down - it may never get better. Sciatica is the result of nerve damage which heals very slowly.
