Seat adjustments

I don't usually adjust my seat on weight machines but I rather just make sure that my arms(upper body machines) or legs (lower body machines) are within good reach.

Is this fine or do I actually have to be more consistent with regard to seat adjustments everytime I use the same machines ?

have you ever heard of QUALITY over Quanity! Same thing with form! If you r form isnt good your really going to hurt yourself.. it might take 2 extra seconds to check and adjust the seat, but your back will thank you later in life ;)
