1) My question is which machine is it? Is it the one that is mainly used for shoulders except you put your back to the machine or is it the seated fly's where you do Fly's...? just thought I should make sure.

2) Also is it better to have your hands facing out so the knuckles meet or just the normal way?

This is for Chest of course.

If you are talking about "Seated Machine" flys you would be sitting on the seat with the machine behind you, arms stretched out to the sides. Your palms should always face each other.

I know that. It's just that i was looking at an exercise on this site called "Seated Machine Flyes". but the photo on it was not the machine fly's that I know. It was a Fly/Rear Delt Machine. So i was just wondering if maybe the photo is wrong. plus the guy in the pic has his has reversed so I didn't know what that was about.
