I do seated twist for my ab regimen and the site calls for 3 sets of 15 reps. With this I put 50 lbs on the bar, and I still can go on with no problem, stopping only because the excercise takes so long and I dont feel the "burn". Today I did 3 sets of 40 reps and still didnt feel it. I feel I must be doing this exercise wrong, what is the proper technique or should I be using a substantially higher weight to get there? Or does anybody have any tips on how i can make this excercise better?

I used to do, and don't anymore... it's a good warm up, but I never felt any benefit from that particular movement.
