hey guys, my friend who went from scrawny to built recently gave me a chest program to follow for the days i do chest-back, just wanted a second opinion. keep in mind i only have chest muscle if i flex hard...and turn into the right light..its not good right now :o\ - 3 sets 10 reps of dumbbell presses 25 25 30 - 3 sets 10 reps of incline dumbbell presses 25 25 30 - 3 sets 10 reps of decline dumbbell presses 25 25 25 - i was too tired - 3 sets 10 reps of that machine you sit on and clap your hand together while holding the bar that hangs down (sorry) 75 75 85 i actually feel ok doing this and seems like in a few weeks i can up the 30lb reps to 25 30 30 then maybe 30 30 35. does this sound good?? btw, 6'1, 193 (lost 2 more ;o)), healthy diet, no junk, and i use protein powder (chocolate flavored whey amino something, but it tastes like something else of that color :ox)
