Hi everybody, im new to the forums and stumbled upon them while searching google. Im 19 and weigh about 235. Last summer i worked out pretty much every day for 3 months and saw a good deal of improvement muscle mass wise and weight wise (lost) But i still didnt eat right while working out. This summer i was to cut away this extra flab here and there. I was wondering if anybody could help me out with a good diet plan and maybe a few work out tips.
