i've been lurking for a while, figured i'd say hello and introduce myself. i graduated college about 2 years ago where i picked up a beer belly. i currently weigh about 190lbs and am 5'6".

i work in a stressful environment (manager at a retail store) and i find it's impossible to have a set schedule for food, sleep and exercise.

i'm hoping members here could help me out and give me tips on how to reduce stress, get a good night's sleep so i can actually wake up in the morning and work out, and most importantly, choose the right food to eat.

Welcome to the site. First, take a look at the post in the diet and nutrition forum labeled Grocery list. Choose foods from that group.
Exercise will reduce your stress and allow you to sleep better, unless there is another cause of not sleeping well.
