Sensitive Issue

mcelroyjc Posts: 13 Joined: 2004/12/31	2005/01/24, 10:40 PM This is a sort of sensitive issue, and probably should not be read by younger viewers... - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I recently drastically altered my diet from one of fast food and high fats to low fats/carbs and semi high protein, and alot of green fruits/vegetables. I also work out 4 days a week, with 10 minutes cardio and alot of weight training. While it has done wonders for my general health, I am experiencing a weird side effect. My ejaculations have taken on a pale yellow color. I know this sounds strange, and believe me I'm glad I have a message board to ask instead of someone in person, but its true! I noticed it one time, and then again a few days later. Am I deficient in something? I am taking a multivitamin and drinking plenty of water. Again, I apologize if this constitutes 'offensive' material. I read the rules before I posted this and if it gets deleted, I understand.

Pritchard Posts: 1,212 Joined: 2004/03/02	2005/01/25, 02:35 PM its varies in colour anyway, dont sweat it... unless it was really yellow, or fluresent. but if it is bothering you then by all means go. i had to go to the doctors with something once, and it included mr doctor going 'downtown', it really was no problem i was worried, but it just seemed normal when it came down to it. ps. may we never speak of mr doctors trip downtown ever again. -------------- wax on, wax off

	2005/01/25, 03:40 PM Hernias happen. I've never had the misfortune. Skinny, you have my sympathy. Hernias are so common that in the military the corpman frequently does the exam. In the navy the corpman's nickname was "pecker checker". Kids if you thought that was fun wait till you have a prostate exam. Unless you have the 3 D's (discharge, discoloration or disfigurement), a doctor shouldn't be necessary. For piece of mind however, go see one.
mengsk Posts: 54 Joined: 2003/10/31	2005/02/04, 12:47 AM This is most likely not 100% accurate but maybe a possibility, All I know is that extremely yellow urine is caused by Dehydration, or an impurity in your system generally they go hand-in-hand. What type of multi vitamin are you taking? If it is some cheap stuff it could very likely be the cause (from personal experiance). I asked my doctor about it he said all anyone ever needs is 1 centrume a day, I made the switch and now everything is fine. This case was with my urine so its different but may possibly be the cause, im not 2 sure, just my 2 cents.
	2005/02/04, 01:31 PM mengsk....my experience has been that no matter what multivitamin I'm taking, my urine is always going to be bright yellow a couple hours later because I don't need ALL of the vitamins. This has been consistent from One-A-Days and Centrum to the most generic of the generics, so I don't see the point in paying $10 for a bottle of vitamins when I can get the same stuff for $3.

Perhaps because you have switched to a much healthier lifestyle, your testes are now receiving the nutrients they need to produce more sperm. Also, you may notice that the shorter the time between ejaculations, the "thinner" and lighter in color the ejaculate will be. Not sure but, food for thought.
