separation in legs

Anyone know a good way to get that crazy separation in the legs? Mine just seem to get bigger. I want it to look like a mass of cords.

I use mostly lunges, I haven't seen any exercise more effective in cutting up the quads, especially on the upper region. hack slide squats are also good, especially for the two heads inserted in the knees.

do more reps on everything especially extensions

Do leg extensions, first. Then your leg workout. Try sissy squats, they help out a lot.
