If you would like to look like him you would have to train 4-5days a week STONE HARD! and eat a lot o protein and do that for about 10year´s. But if you take som steroids than you might do it in less time... Face it, It aint for everybody... Sergio had huge muscles... Good luck and don do steroids!

Its good to have a role model and to shoot for a goal, but I do believe Sergio Oliva was a pioneer for steroid use. Don't get me wrong, he trained like an animal, but with the help of some genetic engineering , if ya know what I mean. Anybody, correct me if I'm wrong about Sergio, but I'm pretty sure he did the juice. Hey EIRC_H, do this for yourself. It takes a long time to look like a pro, natural or not. If you don't end up looking like Sergio, oh well, at least you'll be in good shape. FILL OUT YOUR PROFILE AND GIVE SOME FACTS ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING TO ACCOMPLISH.

I find it hard to believe that you put on 5 lbs in 1 week. You mighta put on 5 lbs of WEIGHT in 1 week but not 5 lbs of muscle.

To put on 5 lbs of muscle in 7 days, you would need to eat 3500 x 7 days = 24,500 calories of protein in 7 days time. That works out to 6,125g of protein in that 7 day period, and 875g of protein a day. Its theoretical calculations but come on.
Just because you get heavier when you weightlift does not mean you are putting on ONLY muscle. Depending on your size as well, you can have a 5 lb swing in body fluid. Ive had that happen before.

Firehawk...the human calculator!LOL...he's right though, don't be mislead eric_h, that 5 pound increase most likely is not lean muscle. But, keep up the hard work.
