Hello, everyone! I'm totally new at this and I have a completely stupid question but here it goes...When I got my regime it lists Set 1, set 2, set 3...under each exercise...
Do I do all these sets at one time or do I break them up during the entire day? Please forgive me ignorance. I've never done this before. Thanks!

one time. do a set, rest a minute, do the next set.etc.
