i'm just starting my personal training programme. im not sure how it works. do i for eg. do all the push ups, then side laterals, then chins btw chairs. or one of each. eg. 1-4 of each set at a time, or start with number 1 of each set then commence to number 2, 3 etc?
Normally most do all of one muscle groups at a time....all the push ups, then the laterals etc...
