i'm not starting with my personal trainer for a little while ahhh *sob sob* because of personal reasons.anyway while i'm waiting i can still start to get fit now!!i have got one of those total trainer 2000(the machine that you use to lift your own body weight)and i'm gonna start using it with the machine only programme.i'm abit stuck though on the exercise program,where it has the lists of sets and reps and how many pounds etc,i'm stuck on where it says sets.it has set#1 10 reps and then set#2 12 reps and so on does that mean that i do 1 set of 10 and then 2 sets of 12 and then 3 sets of something else and so on because in the end that would mean like 10 sets of on average 50 ish reps.sorry for all the pro's who have to read this but i gotta ask.nevermind soon enough i'll be with my trainer but i gotta do something for myself while i'm not with a trainer.thanx for your help fitnessfemale
