Sets and weight progressions

Hi all I'm new to this site, I started my program and all of the exercises require four sets. My question is what is the best weight for each set? Start light and go heavier on each set? Same for all sets?

Any help would be great!

START LIGHT AND add weight as you go! good luck and welcome to FT!!!
