setting up a routine?

I would like some help on setting up a routine for an exercise program. I am 290 pounds and obviously have not exercised in many a years. I know I should start out slow but how can a 10 minute walk really help?

Start with 10, next time make it 12 or 15, then bump it up again. After a couple weeks you'll increase your conditioning.

Also make it a ten minute walk daily....it all helps.
