Today sucked I had to ref a soccer game unknowing that I was going to do so and then I went to train and my lower back started to tighten up real bad on me so I had to just call it quits and go home.
DE Lower Squats 5x5 Pauses at 60% 1rm (these along with bench Pause are going to be once a gain a major part of DE days because they do so much good for me. Barx8 135x8 185x5x5 with Pauses Ok here goes the back so I'll stretch it out.
