I tasted shark for the first time in my life yesterday... good, but I found it didn't have a whole lot of flavour...

I expected it to have a strong taste...

Is there a certain way to cook it?

In my past I would say Cilantro Butter, but now Lemon Pepper would be your best bet. Shark is one of the fish that I think is better grilled than baked.

what about pooh on those that kill poor defenceless cows, tuna, rabbits, penicillin bacteria, cheese, lactobacillus organisms, yogurt culture? They are all living Gods creatures. All with a desire to live, having a nucleus or brain. The cabbage however does not have this will, but grows anyway without thinking- so that's allright then to knife it in the heart and boil it. Who determines which can be killed, who can be judge?

I was thinking about shark for my freezer having never tasted it... Lately I'm going mackeral mad, and tuna tooting. that cajun ginger sounds mighty nice!

In the uk now the advice is don't eat more than 2 portions of fish a week as it's loaded with mercury and isn't good for you in large quantity. All this fish farming and chemical weed stuff and pesticide... in 100 years time we will have a tuna steak with the same nutritional value as a potato chip and full of toxic waste
