Kalanchoe Posts: 400 Joined: 2003/02/18	2005/09/20, 04:15 AM I am making a stand for having comfy, healthy, HAPPY feet! My boss has decided that we all have to start dressing smarter. I wear trainers to work and I am also the only one in the office who walks and buses. Yesterday, I went to work wearing some leather, pointy toed shoes, with a 1"heel. This morning, when I put them on my feet were so sore that I couldn't even walk to the bathroom. I have huge blisters on my toes and my calves are killing me cos I'm not used to any kind of heel. Today I am wearing comfy, unpretty, dc martens. F**k fashion, glamour, vanity or looking more feminine! I'd rather have comfy feet! Who's with me! :love: -------------- each to their own

I have to admit though, you can find more stylish shoes that are comfy today than you used to be able to (she says while wearing red suede rockport running shoes with orthotics:) --My sense of dressy probably differs from most:) -give me comfy anyday! -------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

Reddy Posts: 597 Joined: 2003/09/11	2005/10/07, 10:46 AM I no longer work so I'm usually barefoot but when I did work - I usually wore flats my mom likes "earth Shoes" that she can get at Wal-mart she subs at school & they work for her (she never knows if she will be at a desk or PE or band - so anything from sitting to standing all day) -------------- Reddy All people smile in the same language
