Hi, I've been training for a while now but my problem is time. I have a work schedule that take me away from home from 5am to eight a'clock at night. Doesn't leave much time to work out after getting things ready for work the next day. On the up side, I only do this for six days then I have six off. I was wondering if I work out for six straight and off for six, would I get the same results as if i train one day and rest one day ? Does any one know?
