Hey folks, I was wondering if you could help me out. I was wondering if incorporating a whey protein shake into my diet will help me get better results. (I want to loose fat, gain muscle, and lean up). I recently revamped my workout routine. I lift weights 3 days a week, and due 3 days of HIIT. I've heard alot about the benefits of protein shakes, but I wasn't quite sure if they were just for serious bodybuilders, or if someone like me could benefit from them, thanks!
