I am doing the muscle mass building nutrition plan and the home workout routine using customizable barbells upto 30 pounds which gives me a pretty good workout on my arms.

bbfit told me that I would gain mostly fat doing that. However, my parents say I need to gain some fat on me. Check out my profile and see what you think.

I don't want fat to build up around my midsection or butt. I would like to gain muscle. On the other hand, I wouldn't mind getting a little fat on my back.

Ok i'm not a pro in this but i think you need to eat more(healthy foods) to get bulkier and then train from there.

Also you are very thin (5'11.5 and 130 pounds) don't know if your body will consume your muscles as you have little fats in you...

Once again i have no idea about all these things...i just say what i think.
