I"m on the 12 week muscle/bulk gain program.
Says to take Glutamine, BCAA's, and Creatine. What should I take? Those 3 things, other things?
Also, are any of those steroids. Sorry if I sound out of it there, just never took them.
Please list which specific supplements I should get.

If you are just starting out in weightlifting you should get your diet good and clean, lots of protein and calories, and you will do just fine in gaining mass. All those supplements are more for experienced weightlifters who hit blocks and stuff. You can take them to increase your gains, but you will get quite a bit of mass just by cleaning up your diet and lifting.
Also none of these are steroids, and they are all safe to take for most people. If you want more information on these supplements, do a search, and you will find more than enough information on them. also, make sure you drink plenty of water!!!!

Also being 15 years old, you don't want to be taking creatine. At your age, your body makes plenty of hormones, etc... for building muscle, so you won't need the creatine.

yea, thanks for your advice. I had read here somewhere it wasn't recommended for under-18.
