I would suggest of taking advantage of your youth and eating as much as you can and grow your muscles that way. I Believe that at 13 your are way to young to start that stuff.

I totally agree with Mutt. I started weight training at age 15. All I did was EAT and I was one of the most 'built' kids in school. Make sure you get plenty of sleep (teenagers usually don't understand this concept) and your diet is full of protein as well as "good" carbs and fat and your body will show its appreciation - no supplements needed. Save your money for college.... ;)

You're 13? Good Lord. And already built nontheless? Your progress isn't going to even slow for another decade. Hit the weights, eat like a horse and don't worry about anything else.

Just eat a good quality diet at your age. Your genetic potential is yet forthcoming. Give yourself a chance. Good nutritional habits built now will be your foundation blocks for years to come. Good nutrition is goal number 1. At your age, you have plenty ATP, testosterone, and stamina. Feed it and use it!

I am pretty much the opposite from you, except I am also built.I am 14, except instead of looking older I look younger.I look 9 or 10.I am only 4'11" and 97 pounds.I'm built and very shredded. My body fat percentage according to the calculator on this site is 3%.I was also considering using supplements like creatine and whey protein, but reading this changed my mind.Thanks.
